Its all about context

Context Driven Solution to Improving Organisational Performance through Holistic Approach

How

We do this by working with each organisation to understand what their outcomes is. Then do extensive high-level enterprise mapping of the outcome with POTI (processes, organisation-people, technology and information network) to improve how different business-units or functions are inter-related and work together to achieve the outcomes from project/program development and delivery as CAPEX and operations as OPEX.

Why

Loss of revenue or cost -overrun and reputation are two major effects of project failure to organisations. Leshlair provides enduring and sustainable context driven approaches for organisations and governmental agencies to improve both capital investment and operational efficiencies & effectiveness based on the principles of holistic or system thinking reflective techniques . It assume all projects, business units or functions are subsets of the organisation and the understanding of the synergy (interconnectedness) between themselves and between external factors outside the organisation will determine how successful the organisational deliver on its intended outcome.

Benefit to Organisations

Empower organisational executives with whole-of-life principles that; provide cost efficiency & effectiveness, optimise opportunity, limit exposure to risk and ultimately achieve desired outcomes.

Context driven solution through holism to achieve organisational success

The power of diversity and inclusion was the driving force behind leshlair and often inefficiency comes from groupthink. We hope to create a learning organisation through our work and harness the potential of diversity & inclusion to improve innovation and improves organisation's resilience.
